    Torso

    Start the tape at your shoulder, measure down across the fullest part of your bust, between your legs and back up to your shoulders.

    Bust

    Stand naturally. Measure under your arms and around the fullest part of your bust.

  3. 3
    Waist

    Bend to one side to find the natural crease in your waist. Stand up straight and measure around from that point.

  4. 4
    Hips

    Put your heels together. Measure around the fullest part of your hips

    Nice quality, too high waisted

    This skirt sits higher at the waist than other Anne Cole skirts I have. So it doesn't work well with my tankini tops I have. It's like it is too big, but if I size down, I don't think the slit would do right. I would like a white skirt/bottom like the other skirt bottoms I have (no slit.) I doesn't come in white, unfortunately, so I got this one. I wear a 12 or 14 and ordered the XL. I don't love it, which is unusual for my experience with Anne Cole. Too high waisted.
