I purchased this top in Sage Green from here on the AC website & the purple one, exact same AC top, from a different company. I would say this has good potential. Since most of her bottoms don't have a waistband though, this tankini should at least offer some support throughout the waist, but it doesn't. I haven't worn it swimming yet & it's probably going to come up like a balloon w/o the extra support. I got size 38B/36C in both, but probably could have gone smaller. The cups lie at an odd angle. It's almost as though they only cover 3/4 of what they should cover & then just "cut off" where the underwire is. I'm almost afraid the pads are going to come out if I get in the water. It's a beautiful tankini but, there's really not much support up top to hold them "in" & no support in the waist to avoid a muffin top while wearing w/a swim bottom. I don't have much of a muffin top, but wearing this top with two different AC swim bottoms, it looks like I do. And even though I adjust the straps, it brings the gals up, but doesn't really do anything for them going "out" to the sides. Considering most of us wearing tankini tops want more coverage & support, hence the reason for purchasing, there should be more included for the price. I've worn AC swimsuits for many years but, like everything else there are too many corners cut. Still a pretty top though.
