    Start the tape at your shoulder, measure down across the fullest part of your bust, between your legs and back up to your shoulders.

    Bust

    Stand naturally. Measure under your arms and around the fullest part of your bust.

    Waist

    Bend to one side to find the natural crease in your waist. Stand up straight and measure around from that point.

    Hips

    Put your heels together. Measure around the fullest part of your hips

    I’ve purchased several of these along with the twist bathing suits. The black color has held up so much better than the rest. We live on the river and everyone complains that the lighter colors don’t do as well because they look dirty quickly. I wash mine each time on gentle cycle and hang to dry. If it’s pool time they will not disappoint you. Overall they are much better quality than I’ve seen.
