    Start the tape at your shoulder, measure down across the fullest part of your bust, between your legs and back up to your shoulders.

    Bust

    Stand naturally. Measure under your arms and around the fullest part of your bust.

    Waist

    Bend to one side to find the natural crease in your waist. Stand up straight and measure around from that point.

    Hips

    Put your heels together. Measure around the fullest part of your hips

    I’m 60 years old and in fairly good shape, but I like to be held in and smoothed around my belly and waist. The height of the bottoms as well as the gathering on the sides are very flattering. The coverage over my bum is great too!

    Love these. So cute. Fit well and can be adjusted to how you feel. A little bloated - pull up or not. I am a more mature woman and they work - but would work on anyone unless you are looking for something up your ass
