The way the item was packed (in ball in a bag) was a terrible customer experience. It's totally wrinkled and now what? I have to iron it before it's wearable? Seems very OFF BRAND. Super disappointed.

I was excited to receive my cover-up, but when i opened it, although it was on a hanger and under plastic, it was exceptionally wrinkled - more that would have happen through delivery. Then i tried it on....there was an important buttonhole missing - i the strap that should hold up one sleeve. To make things worse, as Canada is considered 'international', there are no exchanges allowed. I would have to send it back as a return and pay for postage back to Anne Cole on their damaged item. I 'll take it to an alterations person to make a button hole. Very disappointed with the whole scenario.
