    Bend to one side to find the natural crease in your waist. Stand up straight and measure around from that point.

    I’m 58, 5’9 and 155 lbs. I was looking for bottoms to go with the Tankini top and these worked great!! I ordered the Large and they are comfortable and provide good fit and coverage. I also like the option to turn down the top part.
